Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Thank you for shopping with us at Dollar Kirana. We appreciate your business and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within the timeframe specified below. Please review our return policy for more details.
RETURNS
- All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the purchase date.
- Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at dollarkirana01@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

💡 Note: We cover return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date we receive your return for processing.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
